Heh, sorry, that was only to get you to read this. Sorry, but I hadda do it. Ok, to once again ask my un-answered question from the last board, I have this thing on my DVD player called "Screen Shift". You can shift the image from either left to right, while the movie is in widescreen. And when I do shift it to the left, you see more on the left, and when I shift it to the right, you see more on the right, or you can have it directly centered. Now, what I'm wondering is: WHY DOES THIS FUCKING THING HAVE THIS OPTION!?!? Why dont they just put the WHOLE friggin' image on the screen? I don't know what the FUCK is up with this. It pisses me off when I can't see EVERYTHING, thats why I never watch a movie in standard format unless thats the only format available. I'm thinking it might be because of that thing you told me: How you never see the WHOLE image in the movie theater no matter what. So, is this what the DVD player is trying to represent? A movie theater screen? Please PLEASE explain to me about this.
Thanks//Peace
Jake
