First off I'm new here, hello.
I've been making crappy little home movies my entire life, I have like a 6 foot stack of VHS tapes at my parents house. Anyway, me and my friend are in the middle of storyboarding a film we plan to make. The only problem is, all i have is a little sony digital8 cam and were using a crappy 50$ mic from radioshack tied to a hockey stick for sound. No I'm not a freeloader looking for equipment, I'm just wondering if everyone starts this cheap on there first film, or if I should put it off untill I get better stuff together. Any opinions?
