I ordered my DVD 15 days ago today from express.com. Last Friday I left town for a week, hoping that my DVD's(I also ordered Chuck & Buck) would be waiting for me at home. When I arrived at home all that I had waiting for me was a $300 cell phone bill(keep away from Airtouch!). So, not only did I have to take money out of my filmmaking fund for the phone bill, I had nothing to watch.
Confused as to whee my DVD's were, I checked my email, hoping to see something from express.com regarding the delay...All that I found was the order confirmation email that I'd recieved immediately upon placing my order. When I logged onto eexpress.com, to check on my order, it said that Chuck & Buck was on back-order and that my Clerks DVDs were still on pre-order, even though it was released retail several days earlier. I cancelled my order and am going to purchase my DVDs at MediaPlay tomorrow if they have them there.
What's the point of this rant? Express.com is not express at all(they should've at least emailed me and told me that my disc's would be late), and Airtouch cell phones are a rip-off...Belive me, I only use my phone for about 15-20 mins a day on average, plus I stayed in my designated phone "area" and they're charging me $300. Fuck.
Gotta sleep, I've got to be at school in 6 and a half hours,
