Since he also left his remote control at her house, perhaps we can assume he was using it to run the VCR to play the movie Fletch.
On the other hand, since he ALSO left his copy of Punisher War Journal #6 at her house, perhaps we could assume he brought over reading material (i.e. a comic book and the book Fletch).
But still, perhaps he brought these items over to her house on entirely seperate occasions.
I'm leaning towards the movie too, but knowing Kevin's affinity for the books....who knows? somebody must.
