Kevin and the gang made a poor choice going with ABC. Sure, Disney owns both ABC and the 'Max, but that doesn't mean they had to stick with ABC.
Does 20th Century Fox Television make shows only for Fox? No. They could have gone with Fox, UPN or the WB. Had they done that, the second season of Clerks might be starting very soon.
Let's not forget that ABC isn't the only network that gives its shows the shaft. Think Freaks And Geeks.
