Stillwater songs?

Okay, I'm on Napter, looking for some stillwater, and I find all these Stillwater songs, but then I look, and the Almost Famous soundtrack only has two Stillwater songs on it. These other songs sound like Stillwater (as far as I can tell) so I don't think its just misnamed songs. Looking at Cdnow.com, I don't see any Stillwater besides the AF sountrack. Looking online I don't find no info.
A little help? My guess, either these are just names off some band who had an album called Stillwater, and they just sound similar. Or they released a bunch of Stillwater songs online somewhere. I got no clue.

I'm not sure if these are real stillwater though. Going by just Fever Dog its hard to judge what others sound like.
