Look, it's a joke. Kevin's tweaking the noses of the PTA fans who got their noses out of joint over a little comment that Kevin didn't like Magnolia. Fans just like you.
As far as I have heard, Kevin and PTA get along fine and Kevin likes many of PTA's films. It's the frothing fans that he had a problem with. Kevin's got your number, admit it.
Now, there's something that might let you appreciate the sly dig at "magnolia fan." It's called a sense of humor. Try applying it.
