Not boring...excellent. I've been there a few times, and I can say I know exactly how you feel. I hope your rewriting process goes better than my first time, which is still not done even though I finished it some 3 years ago and have written things since. Sometimes things just aren't right, and you don't know why. At least I don't, not with this script. Anyway, best of luck with that - and if you get it to a point where you're willing to show it to other people, I'd be willing to give it a read - I've been known to write decent reviews. : Being such a large View Askew fan, I am like a lot of you. Whether directly related to your passion for te movies, or just because great minds think alike, I decided to merge my love for movies and my love for writing. I started to write a screenplay in Mid-May. It's not a comedy, although there are some funny moments. ANYWAYS.... as I was looking over the first draft with a fine tooth comb. I did notice one thing. I guess the most obvious light bulbs about Kevin's influence in my writing was the large amount of dialogue in the script. Not just normal a few lines and your done mind you, longer monlogues and expression that I hope will one day come across.
: I can't describe to you guys what a feeling (unless you already know) it is to write the words THE END after hours of labor writing a hundred plus pages. The writer's high I believe it is called... or maybe that is the runner's high...or maybe I am just high. :) I feel like a accomplished something...even though the world may never know who the hell I am or what I am doing on their lawn!!!!
: That's pretty much what's been keeping me from posting lately. It probably won't stop either. You get this YAY! feeling when you finish it until you realize that you have to rewrite it about 50 times...and then and only then will it be legible.
