Well folks, I was watching Half-Baked, seeing Kevin's bumpers inbetween (which got kind of boring after a while), so I decided to see if the Clerks Commentary was on IFC. I could have SWORN I didn't get the channel, but tonight it was on, so I enjoyed Clerks in Widescreen (which I was suprised of. I'm against changing aspect ratios, but man did this look great. I could barely see any grain, whereas the VHS has it everywhere), and the hilarious commentary track. It was damned funny. Although my mom came in (having only seen Clerks TAS, and some of Dogma) when Scott said the stuff about Willam eating his own cum, and got quite angry. She also said how much Dante and Randall "look like the cartoons."
Maybe if that steep $40 price tag drops someday soon, I'll consider picking it up. Although, a friend of mine in California said he had copied the DVD for me, it will only be until either A. the price drops or B. the fabled "10th Anniversary" disc hits the shelves.
