No you don't kill innocents. You make an example of the people that helped to do this. With the precision weapons that we have now it is easy. Shit it is like Looney Toons! A bomb goes flying toward the bad guys house, knocks on the door, waits for him to open it and BOOOOM!
Killing innocents is not what I want, but I want to see the bad guys who did this SUFFER. If you disagree why don't you go to NY and help pull bodies out of the wreckage.
