FX and Mallrats--a DANGEROUS combination

as an experiment, i taped fx's version of mallrats two weeks ago. i've seen the original, of course. i wanted to see what they would do with the *ahem* 'questionable' dialogue.

ay, god. the dubbing was just WRONG!

i wanted to cry. they didn't use jay mewes' voice for half the fucking movie. and he and our beloved bob are the fucking greek chorus of the movie--so they [techinically] talk alot! i was so sad. sad molly. ;_;

i wanted to punch in my TV.

anyone else have something to say on this horrific topic?
