I edit as I go along- it helps me get back into the "mood" of writing after a few days' break, so I'll go over the material leading up to where I left off and make little edits and adjustments, and then move on and start anew with new material.

The "standard" screenplay font if Courier 12-point.

This day and age, it's probably better to shoot in one of the digital video formats. Try and shoot in true 16:9 format and PAL if possible.
