When the success of Clerks was determined at Sundance and Cannes, Kevin decided to go ahead with two other films in the trilogy. These were originally going to be the only three he was going to direct, but fans wanted more. He went on to direct Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, and the newest one, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

Now, is that okay for a concluding paragraph about his professional background? If something is wrong with it, please let me know.
