put the tickets for day one that have been traded in into a pool and have people who *need* a day one pass e-mail you guys and you can pick the "winners" like you did last year...
only due to the sheer number of people *able* to go over the course of the two days you'll have far less demand and the "right" people will be able to get in (not including me... i heard malcolm wants to kiss me so i'm gonna stay away... but if amy noble asks...maybe.)
