original Clerks TV live action scripts ?

Whatever happened to the original scripts Kevin wrote for the CLERKS live action TV show before he got booted from it ?

Kevin wrote several scripts to the TV series before even Mall Rats got started (if memory serves) and then they shot the pilot without him.

Can those be obtained ?
