In the end, why the hell did Mr. Orange tell Mr. White that he was a cop? First of all, he would know that Mr. White would be pretty pissed and might kill him. Second, by telling him, Mr. Orange caused Mr. White's death. It's probably because he wasn't thinking thhat much because he had a bullet in his gut, but who knows.
