...basically you have to whore yourself out. Look up the contact info for publsishers ans start submitting. Check local ads for any small, local publishers around you. Sell yourself to investors (That's anyone froma big business to the old lady down the street who whill loan you 100 bucks) and put the damn thing out yourself.
