Dogma deleted scenes...problems?.........

Hello may I Askew all a question.....
I've noticed on my Dogma DVD Deleted scenes that the first and second scenes ( J&SB in parking lot w/Linda and the Carlin church steps sequence
are fuzzy like there is a prob with the DVD. But everything else is fine
so how could this be? Anyone else have this prob?
