We didn't have easy access to a higher-resolution AVID like they did for the JAY & SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK deleted scenes, so the DOGMA scenes are heavily digitally compressed. Blame AVID, which made it damn near impossible to digitize film projects at high resolution when we were putting together the DOGMA DVD.
