Interesting choices of yours...I think Billy Zane as Batman is a pretty interesting call.
I'd go:
Batman - Billy Zane (I think you turned me on this one)
Joker - Jack (the man can't be topped, I say)
Robin - Jared Leto (the really blond guy in Fight Club...only with dyed hair)
Batgirl - Gotta admit...you put the idea of Zhang Ziyi in my head now...could make for some interesting action
Two Face - Mark Hamil or Alan Rickman
Catwoman - Angelina Jolie
Mr. Freeze - Christopher Lloyd
I'll leave it there...I'm spending too much time thinking =(
