Okay, i was really bored and had far too much time, so i was trying to figure out the whole askewniverse timeline. here's what ive figured out so far:
-according to the timeline on the inside cover of the chasing amy dvd, clerks took place on a saturday, the day after mallrats (even though they should both take place on the same day cause in both movies they say julie dwyer died the night before, but then that would be a big snag cause jay and bob wouldnt be able to be in both movies).
-according to the same timeline, chasing amy took place two years after clerks and mallrats.
-judging by the chasing dogma comic book series, i can tell that dogma began exactly 3 days after the chasing amy diner scene with jay and bob (as far as its place in relation to the scene in which holden suggests the three way, i cant be sure but im guessing that scene was the day after the diner, so lets say 2 days later).
now my question is, where does J&SBSB fit into all of this. i cant find anything to suggest where in the timeline that fits. anyone with as pathetic of a life as me figure this out?
