I have been searching for my faith in god and jesus for some time now. I have been studying the Bible, gnostic gospels, lost books of the bible, and other misc. writings on faith I can find on the internet. It has always been dificult for me to believe, as much as I try, in the miracles of Jesus. If anyone has a specific writing, book,or passage that could help me, please leave a title, link, and/or where I can find it/them.

Also, regarding my personal belief in the reason God allowed Sept. 11's events to take place is (not to disrespect any victims or their families) that the greatest and mightiest of man's creations and structures are not beyond destruction by God. That all of the nations and all of our "great acomplishments" are not what is important. We must always be aware that the hand of God may come at any time, in any form, and may touch anything. That we as humans must strive to be closer to God and keep him, or her, in our hearts.

That's just what I have come to beleive Sept. 11 was meant for. I would like to hear anyone else's (especially Kevin's) perspective on this subject and anything else that might help me in my search for God love.
