Just by searching for that part of you that believes in the miracles of God, you've already proven that you have faith. You're not going to gain anything by studying books on the subject, because that's not what faith is about. Faith is believing in something with all your being without questioning what kind of person that makes you. It's okay to question God - everyone does it from time to time. What you have to learn to stop doing is questioning yourself. You clearly want to believe, and just by wanting to, you've already done it. Congratulations.
