A little undercoherent, but the advice is good.
Lowcarb works. I'm on a restricted carb diet and it got me off the Type II diabetes fastrack.
I'd also like to note that I lost a significant amount of weight on a calorie restricted, brown rice / tofu / veggies diet...IN MY MID 20'S. It doesn't work any more, in fact the same diet drives me crazy and makes me gain now. So all of you younger fucks can shut up, your advice won't work for Kevin now.
