I just watched this the other day and got me thinking how much Hollywood has lost. If only they could have hung on to a few remnants of the golden yeras...things like plot, and rich dialogue. Sure it was a book first, but there are hundreds of old or 'classic' movies that came from beautifully written screeplays. Maybe I'm just waxing nostalgic, but I'd take a good story over multi-million dollar effects any day.
