sure it's possible to make it with out any college or "artisitc" training. you can do it that way, but that dont mean it's to be done.
Believe it or not, artists and writers are everywhere, dime a dozen. And everyone of them thinks like you do, trust me I'm one of them.

There are thousands of people applying for the same positions and sending in samples of writing and drawing inking etc. Few, very few get hired.

: I'm an aspiring comic book artist/wannabe animator (don't worry i'm not asking for a job) I just want to kno if it is possible to get a job in the comic book industry with no college background. I'm in college now and i hate it. I want to get my stuff out there. I've been told i'm very talented numerous times (so many times even i'm starting to believe it) and i'm wondering if it's possible to make it in the buisness on talent alone. How did you do it?
