Why not just avoid the heart attacks until we see the movie? I trust Kevin as a writer and a director enough that I don't think he'd put someone in his movie that he didn't think was up to playing the part.
But back to the original point, it has to be remembered that this is for now, just a rumor, as Kevin has not commented on it.
