: : comic wise that is
: Preludes & Nocturnes. (I had not read it before and missed all the references to it in Green Arrow, so I reread that a few days ago.) I also read some Harley Quinn.
: And before that, articles on counseling for behavioral change with the diabetic population. And factors hindering women of color from obtaining preventive care.
: Sadly, I did not agree with your answer on the brain surgery question on the last board. There's too many variables to say for sure either way.
: It was someone else's post originally, but if it is an area of interest for you, I really do recommend the Oliver Sacks books. He wrote "Awakenings," and "The Man Who Mistook His Wife For a Hat."
: Awakenings was made into a movie w/Robin Williams playing the doctor, and Robert DeNiro as the patient (NOT Patch Adams - this is definitely not a comedy).
: And you?? What have you been reading?
I havent read anything much, if you caught my comic day post on the last board, you'd see what i should be reading but was too poor to go and get, but thats what next week is for.
And my brain answer wasnt bad for both off the top of my head (heh) and not really studying the subject. But i do believe i had read somewhere that the brain doesnt actually have the ability to feel pain due to a lack of nerves in its matter.
You heard this about the mysterious league of gentlemen? something i havent read but been hearing about lately seeing how its going to be a movie and all. Ah, tis a good time to be a comic book fan.
And you werent reading quinn only because the dodsons are going to be working on spidey/black cat with kevin now were you?
