Here's the deal...

I'm a longtime Askewite (Hail Holy Smith) with a problem that
hopefully some of you can help with.

I'm an intern at Maxim (yes, Maxim) and I've been assigned to scour
the net and the phonebook for medical horror stories. This
September (possibly October) we'll be featuring wacky doctor stories.

Thing is: they have to be true. I can't just make 'em up. They need to
be something along the lines of: I went in to the doctor for athlete's
foot, and it turned out I had a rare Brazillian fungus taking over my
body!

Obviously that's crap, but you get the point.
