I completely disagree with your theory that MEN IN BLACK doesn't have a good screenplay. It successfully created an entire world quite nicely, had some pretty cool characters, AND wasn't afraid to have a bittersweet ending. Huzzah to MEN IN BLACK, bring on the sequel!
