Is it going to be animated?
If that's the case it wouldn't work, if the style of comedy you are talking about its like the ones in Scary movie, Then you are going to have to rely on crude sexual/intestinal humor.
Animated movies that contain sexual references as humorous resource usually flop (except anime). It makes sense because it's too harsh a contrast to mix something originally intended for kids and make it targeted towards adults.
The only way to spoof something targeted towards kids, IMHO,
is doing it with a very subtle and intelligent approach like in Shrek or Roger Rabbit.
