Again, I'm sorry, but I have no sympathy for people who stay in abusive relationships. If someone pulls a gun on me, or hits me, I either kill 'em or leave 'em.
She may have felt she didn't have a choice in the matter out of either fear or just not having anywhere to go. But when you're talking about your life and/or your kids, you should do ANYTHING you can to leave that situation. Even if it means running away into nowhere.
I hope they give that guy the electric chair.
