I actually skateboard, ride a road bike for excercise. True, I need more sun. I just got into movies for real, so I am all obsessed with it right now, trying to catch up for many wasted years.
And I am a musician, I've written 19 songs and counting. So i have some inner creative activity in my brain.
It is really hard to create sometimes, but you are SO right about not being totally absorbed in appreciating other's works, than creating your own. Point well taken.
Sometimes I feel not enough people appreciate other's work, and that I have some connection with the artists, even though it's not personal. I can't describe it very well. It's like this weird trippy feeling or intuition.
I'm thankful that I can appreciate other's genius, I just hope someone can appreciate what I create. It's a quagmire....
