I worked tonight nothing but fucking morons and nutters calling. Non-stop all night and its suppose to be quiet.

One who was 8 months out of warrenty and her monitor died...

'I feel its my right as a consumer to complain about this and i want you to make your manager call me about this, im going to talk with consumer affairs tomorrow...'

response if i didnt care about going to work anymore...
'I feel its my right as a technician for you to shove an umbrella up your ass and open it. And i want you to make your protologist to call you about tomorrow.'

One who wouldnt give me any information...
