Gladiator was nothing more than a fashionable ripoff of Braveheart...the fighting scenes were fair, the acting was WAY over acted...the story was VERY predictable and took no chances, even the digital graphics were really really really shitty for a move of that scale...no, Gladitor should not have been nominated, let alone given the trophy...
