Crispin damn near karate kicked Letterman in the head, they quickly went away to commercial, and when they came back Letterman, still looking pissed, said "That guy's never coming back on this show!" I believe Dave's stayed true to his word, then again I've never seen him ANYWHERE in the last decade other than "Charlie's Angels".
I can't remember when exactly, but they did talk about that incident. Crispin was still looking & acting weird but not as bad as before.
