I got it today from a little vintage video store here in town and watched it today. I thought the movie was very interesting on several levels. First of all, it wasn't very funny but had it's moments. It seemed like a combination of an indy film and a studio film. Sort of like a polished Clerks, only of less actual quality. Casey Affleck had a nice cameo. Nice in that it was him. Nothing really memorable from it. Apparently the lead actor was on Suddenly Susan, a television show which I never watched, and the movie is semi-autobiographical, which is both funny and sad. The movie never really seemed to be sure if it wanted to be funny or serious. So you get scenes of comedy, and then a serious ending. Either way, the main character and his limo driver are both pretty decent. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this one... but if you're extremely desperate for a movie you could possibly give it a try. The fact that I typed this much about it must make it worth something.
