I only bought the final fantasy movie because i love the games, and i have to say i was disapointed.
It looks good, and as a movie in it's own right it's not bad. alright it's a bit average and quite forgetable.
But, if you take it as part of the whole Final Fantasy world it's a bit pants.
The setting was too ordinary, with no spectacular scenary or anything.
The supporting cast was a bit generic, they were just there to die.
There was no epic quest, it was almost over by the time the film starts.
Other than having a character called Cid, there was nothing to link it to the games.
Ok that was a bit more of a rant than i intended, but i would like to know what you lot think.
