My wife, upon first seeing the film, thought part of the message was that all that a woman needs is a good man. When I showed her Kevin's response on the DVD, she quickly changed her mind. By asking that question, the "lesbian" critic allowed Kevin to clear up the matter for anybody who had gotten the same impression. I'm grateful she did that, whether she's a professional idiot or not.
