Mewes dialog in ending of Dogma

I have watched Dogma many times and have laughed my "you know what" off every time. However today, I veiwed the DVD for the first time and noticed one thing I had never caught before. At the very end of the credits, after "Still" completes, it sounds like Mewes says "So, that would make Bethany part black?" Would you tell me what that is all about?
