If there is a frost advisory, no school. People flock to the grocery store and buy up all the milk, bread and water. Milk, bread, and water...the three quickest things you can buy that will spoil the fastest. Makes no sense. It's pretty sad really.
Back home in Michigan, you could get two feet of snow and your still stuck going to work or school.
