Since i like your writing style, i figured I would just ask ya since you come here.
Little background:
I have had a story in my mind forming for almost ten years now, there is not a day I do not think of something new for it or some way to refine what I have already created mentally. It has some autobigraphical aspects, but is more fiction that autobigraphical, i just have injected it with some deeply personal experiences in my own life.
I just started trying to write it down a couple weeks ago, ist going very slow, and i am finding myself writing it in a third person point of view when i really want it to be from the point of view of the lead chracter, but for some reason I just can not get it to come out that way.
Its also coming out very scattered and not as whole concepts like i have created it in my mind.
In other words my beautiful story is coming out like crap and like someone else wrote it. lol
So, being i am not experienced at all at writing except for some peoms as a teen and papers i got raves for as a freshman in college 13 years ago. Do you have any suggestions or advice? Or ami just hopeless and should give the whole freaking thing up? (not that i have any hope of it seeing anyones eyes but my own in the first place i just would like to at least get it out of my head and on paper)
Thanks, Heather
