A bunch of anti-war protesters are doing it just because they don't like Bush.
They don't have any specific reason for not liking him except that it's a popular thing to do now.
If you talk to any of them about Bush and/or the war, you get a lot of "Uh....".
The example you just wrote just exemplifies that.
