Malcolm Ingram's and Matt Gissing's second film. Tanya Allen, Elizabeth Berkley, Jake Busey, Margot Kidder, Breckin Meyer, Denise Richards, and someone from "Degrassi Jr. High" are in the cast. It was funded primarily by the Canadian government (about $2 million or so.)
