I have the upmost respect for police officers. I have a problem with the fact that I and legal in TN, however, when I cross into VA I am no longer legal. I understand each state has their own rules and regulations. But when you live in one city that is in two states, and one crosses the border into the other state, but still in the same city there should be something that says "if this guy has TN plates, registration and license and he is legal by tennessee standards we will not enforce these laws upon him, seeing as how he is in the same city". I am not making excuses for my speeding. I just thing it is a little bit wrong.
