Has anybody ever stopped taking a medication

such as an anti-depressant? I ask, because I suddenly stopped
taking it a few days ago, and ever since yesterday night, I have not
been able to eat anything...every time I do, I throw up...At first I thought
this might be due to other factors, but now I'm not so sure... Is this
normal?
