If you just quit taking them, then you're giving yourself a self-made rehab. Throwing up is normal but it's far from good. It can take up to week or two, depending how your body got used to pills.
You really should have stopped them slowly. To give your body time to get used to getting back to normal. Like, if you had 3 pills a day, first quit the middle one for a week, then quit the night pill, then morning pill.
