As someone who holds no religious beliefs, I disagree. I'm not an atheist - an atheist believes strongly that there's nothing to believe in; that's as much a religion as anything else. A friend tossed this word out to me the other day, and I'm adopting it: I'm an apatheist. There may be a god, I just don't give much of a shit if there is.
I don't think Kevin did anything to try to devalue the ideology BEHIND Christianity. As he (through the character of Serendipity) says, "No denomination has nailed it yet, because they are all too self-righteous to realize it's not what you have faith in, it's that you have faith."
I don't think God, if there is one, would have a problem with that. The whole point of Dogma was to say that by binding faith up in rules and regulations, as organized religion has done, they've created far too many paradoxes and holy wars and inexcusable acts. Such as the plenery indulgence, which (in Dogma) allows a loophole for the destruction of existence. The character of the actual religious beings is fairly impeccable, except to say that they're not infallible. And since, with the exception of God, all of the religious figures represented (or in the case of Jesus, discussed) in the film were at one time human, I think that's fair. We're not perfect. Anyone who says we are is just fooling themselves.
