My brother worked tech support for "Comcast" (wasn't Comcast at the time)! He did not enjoy it AT ALL! He was in Toledo though so perhaps it will be different for you...just be prepared for really dumbass questions...people who don't understand the concept of a cable modem really shouldn't have them, you know?
