The Tokin'upus slackerus (commonly known as the 'college student' or, more frequently, 'tween') spends most of the actual daylight hours sleeping. It was originally believed that this was to avoid the heat, as many mammals in deserts do. Recent research has shown, however, that most 'students' are merely recovering from the night before. Laarge doses of aspirin and other over-the-counter headache medication, in conjunction with various forms of hard, cheap alcohol, are common inside a the den or 'dorm' of a student. An older, 19-inch television, most likely manufactured prior to 1980, is often found near, around, or under said alcoholic beverages. Often, a movie such as "Mallrats", "Chasing Amy", "Dogma", or "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back", or the psuedo-movie "Clerks", can be found actually playing. In more recent, live observations, the content of the movie is made increasingly enjoyable for the student when certain plants are burned and the fumes enhaled.

Obviously, further study is required.
